Eating healthy and getting in top physical shape these days is a trend most Americans are buying into. And with good reason. Good real food not the processed junk that supermarket displays bulge at the seams with, but real wholesome food, grown in the ground delivered without pesticides or hormones. Americans are even reading the nutritional labels these days. Rule of thumb – if you don’t know the ingredients most likely it’s not real food but instead full of harmful chemicals. So what does this have to do with getting in fine physical shape? Lots. If we continue to fuel our bodies with junk our bodies will be junk. Maybe not right away but in time.
