Casual Entertaining with French Dip Sandwiches

We have a great group of friends and usually get together at least once a month to play cards, have dinner and chat. We take turns hosting these little parties and usually keep the food pretty casual. This past week it was our turn and I wanted to do something a little different from the usual assortment of sandwiches and dips. At the same time, I didn’t want to spend most of the day and evening in the kitchen. My slow cooker came to the rescue. I found this great crockpot French Dip Roast recipe online and gave it a try.
