A Flowering Crabapple Bonsai Tree is the Best Gift for Mother’s Day

In the spring, flowering trees and shrubs can do more to lift your soul out of the winter doldrums and gently propel it back into the light than anything else I know.  That’s just one of the reasons I love fruit bearing  trees like the Flowering Sargent’s Crabapple bonsai tree.  It begins the season smothered in white blossoms that will soon yield little green apples.  The foliage colors in the fall to a rich mix of reds, yellows and orange, but not before you’ve been able to watch the crab apples ripen.
